Your role in our mission includes the following responsibilities-
- Manage and oversee trust and estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, and other related documents.
- Handle all aspects of probate (to include contested cases,) and estate administration to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on matters related to estate planning, wealth preservation, and probate litigation.
- Conduct thorough legal research, prepare detailed legal documents, and represent clients in court proceedings as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans tailored to individual client needs
What you will bring to the role:
- 2-10 years of experience in estate planning and probate matters.
- Licensed in the state of Texas for at least 2 years or more
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant state and federal laws and regulations
- Research and writing skills
- Interest in conducting hearings, mediation and consults
- Energetic and motivated
- Highly organized
Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of TxDoc and Clio OR similar drafting/client management software, MS Office or Google Suite proficiency.
- Drafting of correspondence, pleadings, and discovery
